Welcome to LWLC's home on the web!
The Lincoln Way Lacrosse Club was formed in the spring of 2007.  The Lincoln Way Lacrosse Club is comprised of two programs - a youth program for players in grades 2nd through 8th and a High School team for Lincoln Way High School District 210 - Lincoln Way Central, Lincoln Way East, Lincoln Way North, and Lincoln Way West.

The goal of our team is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables young athletes to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every player.

We strive to teach all players to Honor and Respect the game.

Participation in our Youth program is open to all 2nd through 8th grade students that live inside and outside Lincoln Way District 210. To participate in the High School program you must attend a District 210 school.

We are sustained by the efforts of volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that our team is a positive influence in the lives of our players. We also strive to provide a service to our community by providing a healthy outlet for children and opportunities for the community to unite.

Sportsmanship - Teamwork - Strength - Character - Discipline - Dedication

LWLC participates in indoor and outdoor lacrosse programs for every type of player from beginner to expert.

These programs emphasize the fundamentals of lacrosse, which include catching, passing, scooping, dodging, and defense. Participants will do drills designed to teach and develop these skills as well as team concepts to be used in intra-squad scrimmages.

Emphasis in practices and scrimmages will be on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Spirit Wear Available
by posted 03/20/2014

Local Company Triple Threat  Sports will be providing spiritwear for Lincoln-Way Lacrosse for your spiritwear needs in 2014. Below is a sample of what is offered.

Click on the picture below or here to access the store.

Thank you for choosing Triple Threat Sports for your spiritwear needs.

We are a local company and all of your spiritwear orders can be picked up at our Mokena warehouse when they are completed.

In order to keep prices low, we keep nothing "in stock" - everything is considered a special order and printed when ordered.

We expect to print orders every 2-3 weeks unless high volume dictates an earlier print run.  The one exception to this will be the official polo shirts.  Those will be run as soon as possible considering the season has already begun, but please allow 7-10 days minimum to get these completed.

There is NO CLOSING DATE for this site.  You can order spiritwear at any time.  We will be adding more items based on availability, demand, and special occasions.

Any questions regarding orders can be directed to   or708 478 6090.  Please have your order number handy if you have any questions.

Most items available for order can be customized with player/parent name and/or number.  Please see the CUSTOMIZE MY ITEM section of the website for more information and for available options.  You can put your specific customizing needs in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section of the order form.

Since these are custom items, we do not offer any returns unless items are defective or damaged by us.  You may exchange items for a different size or style.

Your credit card will be charged when the items go into production, not at the time the order is placed.  Don't be alarmed if no charge appears on your card immediately after your order is placed.
You can also ignore the "shipping address" section of the site since all orders will be picked up.

Thanks again,
Triple Threat Sports

Practices - UPDATED 3/5/2014

Separate evaluation sessions have been scheduled for U11, U13, and U15. We will have two U11, three U13, and two U15 teams.  Please refer to the emails sent from the coaches for the details.

Practice will begin for U9, U11, U13, and U15 on March 20 and 27 indoor at the Bo Dome.  This time will be used to finalize team selections and begin practicing in the new team structures. Teams will be built based on skill levels and positions.  Player placement will be made by coaches and decisions are final.  If coaches determine that a player should be placed on a higher team, that is the sole decision of the coaching staff.

INDOOR PRACTICE TIMES ON MARCH 20 AND 27 ARE AS FOLLOW.  Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early so the players are fully geared up and ready to take the field at their practice start times.

U9/U11 -    5:00 - 6:20
U13             6:20 - 7:50
U15             7:50 - 9:15

Outdoor practice for all levels will begin on April 1 (field permitting)  through June 5.  The primary practice days will be Tuesday and Thursday.  However, based on the schedules of our coaches, practices may also be held on Monday or Wednesday.  Scrimmage games may also be scheduled on Monday or Wednesday.  Outdoor practice for 2014 will once again be at Francis Field in New Lenox.

League/Tournaments - UPDATED AS OF 2/25/14

ALL TEAMS WILL HAVE HOME GAMES ON SUNDAY, APRIL 13 TO KICK OFF THE SEASON.  THE GAMES WILL BE HELD AT LW NORTH, LW CENTRAL, AND LW WEST.  DETAILS TO BE PROVIDED.

Lincoln-Way will once again be part of the Illinois Boys Lacrosse Association (IBLA) and will play other teams in that league.  Games will primarily be held on Saturday or Sunday but may occasionally be scheduled during the week (especially in cases of rain outs).  IBLA teams include Bartlett, Wheaton, Homer Glen, Western Springs, and others so travel to these locations should be expected.  Lincoln-Way will host most of our home games at Lincoln-Way North, Central, or West high schools.  Some home games may be played at Francis Field. Participation in IBLA includes playoff rounds and championship games that will be held the weekend of June 7-8.

U11, U13, and U15 players will participate in two tournaments (all players are expected to play with their teams).

The first tournament is Rip the Duck which will be held on May 3-4 in South Bend, Indiana.  It is highly recommended that players spend the weekend in South Bend (arriving Friday, May 2) as games can start as early as 8 am EASTERN TIME on Saturday.  Lincoln-Way Lacrosse Club has a block of rooms at Quality Inn, 215 Dixie Highway, South Bend, 574-277-3211. When calling the hotel please phone during the day if possible and ask for Josie or Jessica as they are aware of the room block. Please make sure you call this number and speak directly to someone at the front desk at the property.  Our block must be reserved against by personnel at the property (not through a corporate Quality Inn 800 number).  THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 30 ROOMS LEFT - Once our room block is gone you will need to find alternate accommodations.

The second tournament is The Tower Tournament on May 31.  This is a single day tournament held in Western Springs and does not require an overnight stay.

If you have any questions regarding the Lincoln-Way Lacrosse Youth Program, please send an email
